Has anyone bought a mic stand yet if so how much did you pay and is it worth it. I saw a 19.99 one on musician's friend and was just wondering if it would do the job

$20 is about average, including the "fancy" ones and the "bargain basement" sales from Guitar Center/Musician's Friend. A mic stand is a mic stand, basically.

Eventually, yeah. same with drumsticks.
Any word on DECENT guitar straps?
The guitar straps that come with the strat are pretty lame, it came off when my bro in law was playing the solo in "Paranoid" with pretty much no effort.
I'm putting Straploks on that bastard if I can.

Ive been using an old fender strap I had on an old bass on my guitar hero stuff for years it works great and ive never had a problem, and its much wider.
