Besides Ten, my favorite album of the nineties.

Songs like I Alone, Selling The Drama, Lightning Crashes, Iris, All Over You, **** Town, Stage, TBD(Tibetian book of the dead...unbelieveable bass), Waitress and White Discussion, make this easily one of the top modern day albums.

Live are way underrated. Songs like Lakini's Juice, The Dolphins Cry, Pain Lies on the riverside and Like I Do are all easy adds for this game as well. I'm extremely surprised I don't see more threads for this music. Although I'm more of a Metallica-SOAD type listener, Live truly is one of the great nineties rock acts putting out four excellent albums before falling into obscurity.

The only nineties rock I could really want more is some Pearl Jam and of course, more facking Metallica!!

Yeah some old RHCP and STP would be great too.

Bloos sugar sex magic and Core kicked some serious ass too. The nineties sure was a change of pace from the ******s of the eighties, that's for sure.:D

Live is awesome, I'd love to see some stuff from Throwing Copper and Birds of Pray especially.

YES, my favorite band, I would take any of their music. The Dolphin's Cry would be pretty sweet too. I just joined the forums and was about to post for Live, then I saw this thread and it made me happy that I'm not alone :D

I have requested this whole album at least 20 times....It makes total sense for a full album as it was one of the biggest sellers in the 90's..Everyone loves this album...

For the guy that said Birds of Pray, forget it... Live lost it when Ed took over full songwriting on V......Never been the same....He went soft...

Throwing Copper would be a great choice for a full album DLC, I just don't know if they are against their music being in a game or if they are too expensive to license or what, because they have not been in any GH games nor of course in RB. It would be awesome if it happened though!

The problem is Radioactive records......bad split with the band and they can't seem to agree on anything nowadays.

Nope, not alone for sure! In the top five albums you'd like to see thread, Throwing Copper is listed quite a few times. I'm surprised more people don't list it but to each his own.

From start to finish this is one of the greatest modern day records ever made. It would probably be my top choice if I could only have one album for DLC and that's saying a lot going up against monsters like Ten and Master of Puppets.

I am so for this. In high school, I listened to throwing copper all the time. Lightning crashes and **** town would be wicked awesome on RB.

LOOOOOL, good one.:D

But Birds of Pray has the most rocking song Live has ever put out in Like I do. First four albums are great and the next three well....aren't my cup of tea.

Live is probably one of my top choices for DLC I'd like to see in the game. Throwing Copper would be awesome. I'd at least like to see "I Alone".

"Throwing Copper" is an incredible album and another reason why 90's rock is the best. Let's get Live in Rock Band!

I've requested it a few times. I'd be willing to cough up a pretty penny to have the work done. This album is special.

Just saw +Live+ and Collective Soul this past weekend. Bumping this back to the top to get HMX to do the entire Throwing Copper album.

I've posted in a few threads about this previously. I love this album and completely agree with all of you.

Playing White, Discussion would be absolutely killer on drums. I still get jacked up whenever I listen to that song

Throwing Copper would be amazing to have - I'd buy that album tomorrow, actually scratch that, I'd take the week of work when that's released...

Keep requesting it guys. I'd love nothing more than to have Throwing Copper to play. The entire album is gold, no filler tunes whatsoever.

Stage rocks big time and would be a blast on all instruments as would White Discussion. I Alone is well, just a great anthemic song that builds and give you the chills when its cranked real ****ing loud. TBD would be completely unbelieveable on bass and great for those players who like to do the one man band thing with bass and vocals.

Selling The Drama is another great song that would be great for vocalist and fun all the way around in my opinion. All Over you, again would be pretty good on all instruments and is another good song. Then there's Lightning Crashes for the singers and even a bit for the entire band once it gets going. The Dam at Otter Creek is awesome after it picks up from a slow first minute. It's got a kinda creepy vibe to it.

And the most forgotten song on this record? IRIS. Another very good rocking song that would be good on all instruments and a real challenge on vocals. Waitress is another song that would be a bit of fun. The only dead spot on this album is Pillar Of Davidson. A great song but probably no fun to play.

Heh, forgot about Sh,,it Towne. Another song that would be decent for this game.

Straight out, this album is a keeper, pure gold. To the guy who said he'd take a week off? I'm with ya. Keep requesting this album in the request a song feature. Maybe someday we'll actually get it.

Bumping because I demand LIVE DLC for Rock Band!

I would also accept Live LIVE DLC for Rock Band. (That would be a live recording by the band named Live)

Do you recall back when this band hit it big and everyone called them live the band said they used the wrong version of the word and actually wanted it to be pronounced as though "I lived a good life" - that version of Live. But that never stuck, and thus they had their name changed without actually having the letters in their name changed. Cool story!

I was listening to Lightning Crashes the other day, thinking to myself there really needs to be some Live on RB. Unfortunately Lightning Crashes, while an amazing song, would be extraordinarily boring to play. The drums do not begin until about halfway through the song. It would of course be fun for the vocalist though. Anyway, Live would be great.

The guitar doesn't start in baba o'riley until about 2 minutes in. There's nothing wrong with that. There's no base guitar in Bon Jovi until about 2 minutes in. Lightning crashes is a tempo song. Starts off slow, and builds up. Based on previous precedents, there's nothing wrong with that.

You're right, but the rest of Throwing Copper would be freakin awesome. The story surrounding their name is pretty cool though. Name suits them perfectly, as seeing them in concert is much better then hearing them in studio. Great nineties band.

I've been on Google all morning looking for rumors on LiVE RB DLC. Typing in "'Live, Rock Band, songs" was very, very fruitless...and stupid.

I'm glad you guys started this thread because I would kill for "All Over You" as DLC.

Throwing Copper's great, but how about "Pain Lies on the Riverside" (amazing bass line), "Heropsychodreamer," and "They Stood Up for Love"? Hell, from their later albums (of which I almost gave up on them for), "Mystery" is great.

Harmonix, listen up!

Pain Lies and TBD both have tremendous basslines. Throwing Copper is a monster album for RB besides Lightning Crashes though.

The Dolphins Cry, Voodoo Lady, They Stood Up For Love and Like I Do would all be great from their later albums. This band has a lot to offer DLC. I Alone would be fantastic.
