So, I decided to RMA my drum kit since it hasn't been working. I went through all the steps for the RMA process, and specifically told them I had Rock Band for Nintendo Wii. So I don't have to show a receipt. But I got an e-mail that said this:

Well, I figured it was just a mistake, because on my EA account, I got the same message and it also said in a gray box above the message this:

Platform & Game: Nintendo Wii > Rock Band™

Well, I submitted my RMA last Wednesday, and, to this day, the drum set still hasn't shown up. I also haven't gotten the confirmation email they said they would send. So, I'm thinking it isn't a mistake, and that even though they know I have a Wii, I still have to confirm a receipt. So, after all that, I figured I would just confirm the receipt. But, unfortunately, there is no direct link to where I can do this in the email (Why whould there be? That makes things EASY). I went to the FAQ as they said and searched "receipt", but nothing that showed up helped. Maybe I went to the wrong place though. So, does anyone know what's going on? Or can I just get a link to the receipt confirmation instructions? Or am I just being impatient?

I would call the number (605)628-1001 and speak to them.

What are you talking about "You don't need to show a receipt"?

I RMA'ed a guitar the first day the Wii came out and still had to show a receipt.

EA seems to move at a snails pace....I RMA'ed this guitar the day it came out (6-22) and I got the box to send it back today (7-3)....God knows how long it will take them to actually send me another guitar.

Perhaps that is why they extended the warranty.....cause it will take them that long to send out replacements

I Show my receipt to confirm that I bought Rock Band within 60 days of RMAing it. And since I have it for Wii, I don't have to confirm the 60 day thing, because Rock Band for Wii hasn't been out for 60 days.
