Band Leaderboard Not Updating on rockband.com?

My band, Lazer Fyst has about 580,000 fans, but on my profile it says only 9,000 and we're not showing up on teh leaderboards. The 9,000 is a figure from about a month ago. We're showing up on the leaderboards in the game, but not on rockband.com.

I've edited the band members, can that be throwing us off? I had a drummer with an "unclassy" name, but I think I fixed it...

It makes me look very uncool when I try to show my co-workers and then we don't appear. Is there anything I can do to make it update?

My score on "Hey" (bass) was done 9 days ago and it is not updated on the leaderboards on here. A HMX employee said they are working on the issue. I think you can just use the leaderboards on the game itself though. They seem to update within a few hours which is the ultimate goal for the ones on here I believe.
