Hm, because you have to play chords pretty fast, which IMO is pretty hard in the game, also it get's a little bit repetitive. I think songs with electric and especially solo guitars work better.

That is not true at all. How much Oasis have you actually listened too? just Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova? Check out some of their other stuff, it'd all be a blast to sing.

Some of their greatest hits aren't even on Stop the Clocks. E.g. Stop Crying Your Heart out if I remember right.

Oasis is a good pick, but "Wonderwall" isn't.

At this point who cares if they put wonderwall in, sure there are much better suited Oasis songs for the game but Wonderwall is great too. If it gets in so what, that might get the ball rolling on more and more Oasis tracks.

Some of the videogame webpages are reporting that next weeks DLC (Jan 22 2008) is an Oasis Pac. If true i'm really excited!!

I'm an oasis fan and I'm pleased with what they're going to release. They have a good sound, write good songs and while most everything they do is simple from a musical standpoint, they throw in enough little fills and things through a lot of their songs to keep them interesting for this game.
