What is the most Rockband songs you've heard on the radio in a row, including DLC, and what were the songs.


Yesterday, I heard 3 in a row.


1. Run to the hills - Iron Maiden
2. Afterlife - Avenged Sevenfold
3. Closer to the heart - Rush (I know its not out yet, but give it 2 days)

Honestly the number is around six.

I hate it. It's extremely annoying and very consistent.

i went from a cd to the radio.

turned on car, and had my Metallica CD in and "Ride the Lightning" was on.
then flipped the station and it was "Hammerhead", changed again and i heard "CrushCrushCrush". switched back to "Hammerhead", listened through. next song was "Inside the Fire", listened to it, then switched stations at end and Sabotage was on the other.

I remember this very vividly, cause i also listen to country, I looked at my g/f and said, "if i turn on the country station and "Margaritaville" is playing im going to crap myself"

So technically 4 in a row on radio, but 5 including the first track on cd

3 or 4... wasn't counting, just thought it was an oddity. I typically listen to a classic rock station since it's the only one in town here that doesn't play Rap or Country, so hearing Rock Band songs isn't all that uncommon, hearing a bunch in a row including the new Motley Crue Saints of Los Angeles stuck in my mind.

Our local hard rock station have been playing RB songs an awful lot. Maybe the program manager plays RB or maybe a lot of young kids who play RB are calling in to request their favorite RB songs.

Lucy XM 54 and Boneyard XM 41 Play alot of rock band songs also I heard 4 the other day on lucy all the were a row after listening to XM 54 switch to XM41 and heard the other two its a phenmonon :D

Seriously I've been hearing huge amounts of Rock Band songs on the radio. I don't think it's that Harmonix has been picking music that's on the radio. Instead I have a suspicion that the radio is getting its playlist from Rock Band.

Jack Fm here in Vegas plays so many songs from the game that my friends and I just call it Rock Band Radio.
