Dragon force would be perfect for an insane top tier band

i love their music and they have great variety in both drums and guitar which would keep the gameplay fresh and fun. it think they would be perfect for Rock Band

That's probably because of how difficult it would be to score screaming for the vocals, and the fact that drums don't have double bass.

2. "insane top tier band"
3. ""rock" genre"

1. Please, you aren't the first one to ask
2. insane top tier? Yeah, I'd like to see it compete with Iron Maiden, Metallica, etc.
3. rock is used like a loose umbrella, catch-all term here. metal really is pushing it, and you already have the great metal bands of all time Iron Maiden and Metallica in. Unfortunately, classic rock fans don't have Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, or Pink Floyd in.

My point, I think there are bigger priorities than Dragonforce.

the vocals woudnt be that hard, and expert is suppose to be difficult :) but seriously it woudnt have to be 100% accurate.

The whole point of this forum is to suggest songs/bands that could be fun and add to the over all expierence of the game. I completely agree with you, this game needs the classics like zepplin and hendrix but, honestly by now there are probabily like 10 different forums that say are saying exactly that. All im trying to do is suggest another band that i personally think would add to the expierence of the game, and that other people might find fun to play.

Yeah, Id rather this be DLC. Contrary to popular belief, playing fast does not = good music. I also cringe at the lyrics.......cheesier than the cheesiest hair metal song.

well its obviously going to be DLC because they arnt in the track list that is released for the game (possibly bonus tho?). Playing fast may not = good music but it's makes expert, expert. Also i love the lyrics, The cheezyness is what makes them amazing.

Erm, if you want stupidly hard stuff, go play the *other game*. Id rather the songs for RB be fun, sound great and be challenging. Not stupidly hard and annoying.
Cheesy doesnt make singing amazing. It has to be amazing in the first place.

DragonForce would be an excellent addition only because the fact that Harmonix is behind the wheel this time.
Let's face it, the only people i trust right now would be harmonix in putting together a good and challenging chart for all the instruments.

And it would be awesome to add your own solos between the fast blistering ones, drums and guitars play an important part, the vocals would be sweet since i like the singer's voice, he's actually not scary for a speed metal band.

Expert players need challenges, this would be an awesome bonus, and since DragonForce has a big fanbase, it would only add a little bit more of spice to an already great game.


But that's just my opinion.

Though I do like DragonForce, I agree that I would want Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, and Pink Floyd to be available much more.

You say this as if all metal is, is music with fast double bass drumming and growling/"screaming" vocals, which is far from the truth.

Dragonforce may be incredibly talented BUT

They suck major gorilla nads. There is no harmony or anything in there music. It is just balls to the wall crap.

I don't know what I'd do if Dragonfarce became DLC before bands Like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Muse, etc.
