Is "Promised Land" Free for Silver Members Yet??

Basically what the title says. I don't have high-speed internet and to get the songs I have to pack up my Xbox and go to my brothers house. So I was just wondering if it was free for Xbox Silver members yet?

I think it's free for everyone. I was able to pick up "Still Alive" with a silver membership a while back. I'd check in the Music Store, though.

Yea, "Still Alive" was different...."Promised Land" was not available for Silver members. (like the new free vids and demos)

I bet the publishers/devs/marketing people love it too when people can't get their game demo/other promotional item untill after the game/movie/whatever has been out a week and has already gotten bad reviews. :p

Speaking of wich I forgot I even dled the Lego Indy demo.

They're just mad cause there's 7 million that don't even go online at all. (going by their numbers)

Surely you can just start a new xbox live profile and make it a gold trial account then download

Only get 3 of those per system (or so I was told) but I wouldn't know. Small benefit to having it break 4 times. :p

How can MS stop you from getting free DLC ?

Are you allowed to buy the DLC the week it comes out if you are on a silver account ? If they allow this, why can you "buy" the DLC that costs $0.00 the day it comes out ?

There are two ways to download songs on the 360 for Rock Band...
In the Live section, when you try clicking on the song, the song is not available for download and tells you that a Gold membership is required
In the Music Shop section the song just doesn't appear at all, well at least last week

Can it be that this song is not available in Europe? I was looking for it the last week and couldn`t find it anywhere. In the New Releases section there were only the Pixies Album, the Crue Fest and the Weezer Pack, and I couldn`t find it in the Songs section either...
