Well, Personally, I would not want to touch any modern rock with a 100ft poll, it does help the bands with publicity, and people do like the songs, so it not that bad. If you hate it that much, just play the songs to beat the tour and never do them again. No use complaining over it. Obvisouly people like the Pixies if a huge pack was released of their music.
