Enter Sandman glitched od path?

Is there anyway to make this OD path appear consistently on expert difficulty?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, I mean the OverDrive path that occasionally (people have called it a glitch) at the very beginning of Enter Sandman on expert just after getting your first half OD meter.

I've played against people online and have seen them get it, but I myself have never gotten it. What's the formula to get it to appear?

I mean it's ridiculous. I got 100% on Enter Sandman in score duel with a 2020 note streak, and my opponent got 99% with a 1124 note streak and he beat me because he got that overdrive path to appear at the beginning and I didn't get it. That shouldn't happen.

Thanks. Yeah I checked here and on scorehero before I posted this to see if people here had any idea. AFAIK, it just "randomly" appears, but I've never gotten that path. I dunno. Maybe I will someday.
