Has this been confirmed yet or is it still rumorville?

Its still a rumor, but it might as well be confirmed at this point, multiple people have reported on it as if it was fact, I think all that is left is for Harmonix to officially announce it. I for one will be extremely angry if it ends up not being true.

Oh man...if this was a false rumor the whole...oh man. That's like all I can say... That's half the reason I'm buying this sucker. Well, fingers crossed.

That would suck really heavily if its just a rumour. Because thats an awesome album. I would be one sad panda.

If this is a rumor, I'm going to HMX building and causing a scene until it is a fact!

I feel your frustations, I wish they would just confirm or deny it to settle all this.

Hopefully, they just want to save the "pop" that the announcement would generate for a time when they are craving a little more attention (i.e. how about right before launch of the game). Fingers crossed.

I agree with everyone here, the first news I ever read about rock band was that Nirvana's Nevermind album was going to be released in rock band (of course hingsight it was only a rumor).
Please someone at Harmonix confirm or deny the inclusion of this album!

It's been discussed before.
Hey all, just to clarify regarding some of the comments in this article-
We have previously announced that Rock Band features Nirvana's "In Bloom". To date, the only official announcement we have made regarding Rock Band album downloads is The Who, Who's Next. We will keep you updated on more Rock Band news as soon as we get it .

I too am very concerned about not only this but "One" as well. I just think the Rolling Stone article was wrong and they meant to say "Enter Sandman" for RB and "One" for GH3

Because if "One" was for DLC.... I think the forums would go in rage about not having a double bass pedal.... I know I would....

I'd totally forgive Harmonix if they announced In Utero instead.

According to cezar515 over here (http://community.rockband.com/vbforum/showthread.php?t=3655&page=21), "One" was confirmed by IGN when they announced the whole setlist. Yay! :D
Although defmonkey's right. HMX desperately needs to release a separate detachable bass pedal for those songs that use double bass.

You'll forgive me if I keep a little bit of skepticism, won't you?
Of course, a DLC pack of Metallica's career-spanning hits lacking One would be even less likely.
