I didn't watch all of it but I was entertained seeing the beta interface for Rock Band. It's amazing to see how far they've come. I'm sure Harmonix didn't even see how popular their game would become before they released it. You guys rule!!!

Wow this vid was awesome when it first came out I might have to watch it again in anticipation :D

Edit- Is it just me seeing things, or at 5:25 can you actually see the "partial 5th star" on the results screen!? That would be cool if they did this with RB2! :D

Haha yeah I remember watching it over and over. I was just amazed how awesome Rockband was and how impatient I was to get my grubby fingers on it.

Funny story bout this video. My cousin and I were in Santa Monica at the same time E3 was going on, so we looked for stuff related to it and found really nothing. We both really wanted to find Rock Band stuff especially.

So the day this video took place we were on the pier about to go to dinner with my uncle, and as we're walking to the restaurant, we see these guys unpacking stuff into the Gamespot E3 headquarters. We thought they were leaving so we thought it was weird... After dinner we come out and all these random people were walking away from the Gamespot place talking about how awesome Rock Band was. My cousin and I ran back but they had already packed up.

I came home and saw this video on the internet and I nearly cried. :P

thanks for posting this apples. this was the first footage i'd ever seen for rock band. i used to watch it over and over, and try to play along to the charts.
