I dont know any cheats, but you could just play carrer on hard, unlock TtFatF, and then play on expert on quickplay

No, there's a new cheat menu that shows you what you press, plus you have to strum each one in. Plus it saves them, so you only have to enter them once.

Gets rid of the timing window so you have to hit the notes right on time.

I did that. The devil went down to georgia on hard is pretty much any song on expert.

Beating Lou on ANY level (Evn easy) unlocks TTFAF for ALL difficulties in career mode.
