I posted this in the Tech Support forum and nobody replied, maybe I'll get some help here.
Whenever I get an invite over XBL for Rock Band, nothing happens. Nothing loads or anything. People I've invited say the same thing happens to them. What's wrong?

If you get the invite then accept you will be brought to a menu thing (it looks like nothing changed) where you choose your rocker. Select "Join Band" and then you play.

I'm pretty sure he's not that stupid. He's probably referring to the problem where accepting the invite will do absolutely nothing.
I have not seen a solution (or even a viable explanation of the exact problem) to this.

I have this same problem. I've become friends with players I meet in random bands, and then when we try to invite each other to play together, we get that line of "Can't Connect to Session bull****." It's been what, 7 months since Rock Band came out, and Harmonix is still pretending this isn't happening to PS3 users. I'm ****ing sick of it.

Same problem here. And PlayFreebirdNow, that isn't what we're talking about. When we click "Accept Invite" the XBox360 side bar goes away and absolutely nothing happens. We aren't taken to the game that we accepted the invite to.
(At least that's the problem I'm having)

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue recently, but aside from the aforementioned issue (which I've had a few times), I've found another 360 issue.
I went to go add a new friend a couple of days ago, it comes back saying "This username doesn't exist on XBL" yet when I talked to her she said she got my invite and even added me? I can't see her on my list of friends though.

Sometimes I don't think this is HMX's fault. Have you tried signing out and then back in. I know we have some problems with some of our friends on Halo. Like for instance, if person A is the party leader, outside friend can't join. But, if I'm the party leader I have to boot person A and then outside friend can join. Then, I have to invite person A back into. It's frustrating so I'm not sure if this is HMX's fault or not. I haven't had a problem with RB doing it (luckily). Hope this helps some.

Oh, that's cool. They don't work on the 360 either. Nice.

I know I can use friend invites in all other games that support them... except for Rock Band. Is it my fault???
