help!

my xplorer controller wont turn on unless i have 3 layers of duct tape forcing the wire to stay in a certain position, and sometimes the tape moves and i have to retape it. is there a way to fix it or can i return it to get a new one?

can i have more detail than "return it"?? Do i just go to any store, hand it in, and ask for a new one?

well i guess im gonna have to thrw it out, because gamestop's gonna just tell me to buy a new one.

find out if your local walmart has it.

if they do, return it for an even swap there.

if they won't let you, but they have another, buy theirs, then put your old one in the box and return it.
