It's not a rip off because the creators of Guitar Hero are making it

no they're not, that is the biggest piece of **** in the world. We have a few copies at my gamecrazy, and the guitar is is so crappy. The whammy is a plastic rod above a mint-sized button, so when you push the plastic rod it pushes down the button and WHAMMY. Also the strum bar felt like crap, it barely even moved when 'strummed'.


good songs though. We didn't set it up, we just opened to box to take a look at the hardware, so the covers of these good songs could be absolute crap.

Nah I think anyone can recreate a song in midi and use it as they please... Besides whoever would sue over a midi file would be a complete tight ass.
