Has anybody downloaded the tracklist to their IPOD so they can get a feel for the all the songs? I'd like to, but it seems like a lot of different songs to buy! :(

Nah, I don't want to get tired of the songs already, although the game isn't even released yet.

Yes, I have them all.

I dowloaded the ones I didn't already have (I had about 66% of them already). But most of these songs are songs you should have on your Ipod anyway IMO! Great music.

Eman311 Would you mind sending them to me? I will private message you my email address if you don't mind.

No, since most of the songs are (imo) crappy songs I'd never want to listen to, but will have to while playing.

Some just because I like them or I suggested them to begin with. I have/had the majority of them anyway though I rarely listen to most (Celebrity Skin?).

I also downloaded the ones I didn't already have - it's a surprisingly good mix overall - a lot I didn't think I'd like that I've gotten into. I considered the getting tired of them' angle, but I wanted to learn the words to the songs I didn't know at all, as I'm probably goign to be singing most of the time with the band (despite the fact that I'm by far the best guitar player amongst my friends)

I won't listen to any of the songs until the game is released. I'm already deathly bored of GH2 and I don't want that to happen with RB soon.

I've had a running playlist of every official song for a good 4-5 months now. I'll be ready to rock the vocals on every main song upon release =]

I don't have an IPOOD bought a PSP instead (BIG mistake) and I'm only downloading the ones I like. I don't want the songs to get old though.

I already have about half since my taste in music is awesome.

Ha... people acting like they actually bought the songs.

Most of the songs I don't listen to casually. Wanted, Paranoid and Suffragette City are the only ones I listen to regularly.

I already own all the ones I would consider getting, but then I dont download any music except for bootlegs and ultra-rare material. I normally buy my music on CD.

This is one of the things I like about working at a radio station that has a Classic Rock station in the cluster. :D I can just grab (most of) the songs from our database!

I already had about 30-35 of the main setlist songs on my itunes so I just put those into a playlist titled 'Rock Band tracks'. I've added a few of songs that I didn't have and I liked but I haven't put all of them there because I refuse to have stuff like Fallout Boy and Hole on my Ipod.

I have a playlist with all of them Ive been listening to - just to get a little feel for everything. Its made me a fan of the New Pornographers!

And as an aside - I was JUST as upset about the Fall Out Boy track, but when I actually looked up the song, I was pleasantly suprised to find I HAD it on my computer already - because it was one of 2 songs on a split/demo CD that they gave to me when they opened for MY band (Even though I've long been out of a real band, I'll always have the poster showing Fall Out Boy opened up for ME!). I think anyone who hates what they hear of Fall Out Boy should go give that track a shot. I think it's GREAT that Harmonix pulled a song of thiers that is actually just a pretty straightforward punk song, and has words that can be pretty easily understood sung at a reasonable pace.

And just to be perfectly clear, I hate Fall Out Boy. Hate. With a blinding passion. But if they HAD to be in the game, this was one of the very very few songs that I would have wanted.

I downloaded all the songs I could from Ruckus (free downloads setup from record labels to stop piracy :D ) and made a playlist. My MP3 player in my car has all of the songs on it.

That's awesome, dude. Seriously, that just made my day. I wish I could say the same thing. :D

I've got a subscription to Yahoo! Music Unlimited, so I have a playlist with all the main setlist songs... except Enter Sandman, because Metallica are a bunch of jerks.

So far, I've been able to download every song except the 2000's. I'm LOVING this setlist. :D

I've downloaded every song, although I could only find a shortened version of Detroit Rock City.
