Wii song "Won't Get Fooled Again" always freezes

I got a new Rock Band, everything packaged fine and everything there. We played the game for a hours and got to the song, "Won't Get Fooled Again" by The Who, and it always freezes about halfway through. We have tried it on single player mode, multiplayer mode, and different Wii's. It doesn't freeze on any other song or anything.

I am wondering if there is an update that could resolve this problem, or if the CD is just bad. There are no scratches or anything on it, it's brand new and the only part that doesn't work is that one song. I don't think we can complete the game without passing all of Act X in tour mode.

Do I need to just get another Rock Band or is there any setting or something I can do? If I need to get another Rock Band, can I just return and get a new CD and not the rest of the stuff?

We've got the same deal happening. Our RB is only a 2 weeks old and it started freezing on multiple songs a few days ago. We finally made it through the first one then it froze on another song in the next set. Now it's stuck on Longtime/Boston and we can't get any further. We've been going back and just playing for the heck of it and it just stuck on Paranoid of all things....We thought we might need a new disc...it'd be nice if there was a quick fix, huh?
