Now that the setlist is announced, here's my two cents. I omitted songs I don't know.

1. AC/DC “Let There Be Rock” 1970s
Everyone was clamoring for it, and we got it. I'm not a huge fan, but I know tons of people are so, woohoo!
3. Alanis Morissette “You Oughta Know” 1990’s
Awesome! Never thought we'd see her in this game! Sweet song!
4. Alice in Chains “Man in the Box” 1990’s
Yes!!! More AIC! One of my favorites!
5. Allman Brothers “Ramblin’ Man” 1970’s
Classic. Great song.
6. Avenged Sevenfold “Almost Easy” 2000’s
It was a fun download for GH3, will be much better in RB2.
7. Bad Company “Shooting Star” 1970’s
Awesome...it was once a rumored download, now it's an on-disc song!
8. Beastie Boys “So Whatcha Want” 1990’s
Wow, more Beastie Boys.... Sweet. Didn't expect that.
9. Beck “E-Pro” 2000’s
Love this song! Should be pretty easy.
10. Bikini Kill “Rebel Girl” 1990’s
Don't know it, is it good?
12. Blondie “One Way or Another” 1970’s
Sweet! Definitely my favorite Blondie hit.
13. Bob Dylan “Tangled Up in Blue” 1970’s
Oh man, what a winning selection! Dylan is finally involved!
14. Bon Jovi “Livin’ on a Prayer” 1980’s
Cool. Good choice.
16. Devo “Uncontrollable Urge” 1980’s
Greeeeeat song! Love Devo!
18. Disturbed “Down with the Sickness” 2000’s
Fun song, it'll be fun going, "Ooh ah ah ah ah". Hopefully it won't kill our feet like the Disturbed downloads did.
19. Dream Theater “Panic Attack” 2000’s
Thank god! Dream Theater rules, and this song is gonna be a hell of a challenge!
20. Duran Duran “Hungry Like the Wolf” 1980’s
Awesome, I'm glad 80s synth pop can make the cut!
22. Fleetwood Mac “Go Your Own Way” 1970’s
This is destined to be a party favorite. Everyone knows it and likes it.
23. Foo Fighters “Everlong” 1990’s
Great, great song. Will definitely be challenging on drums.
24. Guns N’ Roses “Shackler’s Revenge” 2000’s
Erm, I wish it was classic Guns n' Roses. Axl's voice is thraaashed.
27. Jethro Tull “Aqualung” 1970’s
This might be the one I'm most excited about. One of the great prog rock songs of the 70s, epic and awesome. Can not wait!
28. Jimmy Eat World “The Middle” 2000’s
Fun pop song, should be easy.
30. Journey “Anyway You Want It” 1970’s
Another party favorite! Awesome! I'm sure it'll be better than the GH3 download as well.
31. Judas Priest “Painkiller” 1990’s
Awesome! This is the Priest song that I wanted most, besides ones already on "Screaming for Vengeance".
32. Kansas “Carry On Wayward Son” 1970’s
My other most excited track. Awesome, awesome song, and it'll be nice to have it with actual Steve Walsh as opposed to that so-so impostor from GH2.
35. Linkin Park “One Step Closer” 2000’s
People have been clamoring for it, and here it is. Good choice, I'm glad they chose an older, heavier one.
36. Lit “My Own Worst Enemy” 1990’s
I remember this song! It's silly! Should be fun at parties.
38. Mastodon “Colony of Birchmen” 2000’s
Don't know this song, but I LOVED the song they had for GH3 download.
39. Megadeth “Peace Sells” 1980’s
Sweeeeeeeeeet! Awesome Megadeth choice.
40. Metallica “Battery” 1980’s
Again, great choice. Hoping for some more Master of Puppets downloads in the future.
42. Modest Mouse “Float On” 2000’s
Sweet. I like this song, and most people know it.
43. Motorhead “Ace of Spades” 1980’s
Awesome! Should be better than the GH1 version, for sure.
44. Nirvana “Drain You” 1990’s
More indications of "Nevermind" DLC.... Let's hope so! Interesting chioce, by the way. Not as huge a hit as some of the other choices they could have made ("Lithium", "Come As You Are", uhhhh.... "Smells Like Teen Spirit").
46. Panic at the Disco “Nine in the Afternoon” 2000’s
Awesome!!!! This is, in my opinion, the best album to come out so far this year. Treat yourself, anyone who doesn't yet own "Pretty. Odd." This song is great!
48. Pearl Jam “Alive” 1990’s
Awesome! Sweet choice! Now let's get the rest of "Ten".
49. Presidents of the USA “Lump” 1990’s
I remember this song.... it's pretty fun.
50. Rage Against the Machine “Testify” 1990’s
Sweet! Really needed Rage, and we got it! Great song choice too!
51. Ratt “Round & Round” 1980’s
I know this song from GH:80s. It's pretty good. Should prove to be at least a challenge.
52. Red Hot Chili Peppers “Give it Away” 1990’s
Sweet! I've been reeeeeally jonesing for some old-school RHCP! This fits the bill!
54. Rush “The Trees” 1970’s
I don't know this song, but I'm glad as hell that there are some Rush masters!
56. Smashing Pumpkins “Today” 1990’s
Much easier going than "Cherub Rock". Shouldn't be difficult, but it is a pretty song.
58. Sonic Youth “Teenage Riot” 1980’s
God yes! My other most exciting track! Just got into Sonic Youth in the past few months, and this is one of my favorites! I'm so excited!
59. Soundgarden “Spoonman” 1990’s
Great, great choice! They should just make the entire Superunknown album available. There's not a bad track in there.
61. Steely Dan “Bodhitsattva” 1970’s
Oh man, love Steely Dan. Great song.
63. Survivor “Eye of the Tiger” 1980’s
Hahahaha!
64. System of a Down “Chop Suey” 2000’s
I cannot express how much I love this album, and this song. One of my favorite new Rock Band selections.
65. Talking Heads “Psycho Killer” 1970’s
Don't know the song, but I'm excited for Talking Heads to be in there.
66. Tenacious D “Master Exploder” 2000’s
Yes! GH3 got the D, and we get an even better song, in my opinion! Sweet!
69. The Go-Go’s “We Got the Beat” 1980’s
Yes, I remember this song from GH1. Or was it 80s? Whatever, it's alright, should at least be fun for parties.
70. The Grateful Dead “Alabama Getaway” 1980’s
Don't know the song, but we all know how fun the Dead songs are!
71. The Guess Who “American Woman” 1970’s
Sweet! I'm so glad they didn't go the Lenny Kravitz cover route, and got this original version!
73. The Offspring “Come Out & Play (Keep ‘em Separated)” 1990’s
Great song, yet again. All my friends will appreciate this.
75.The Who "Pinball Wizard"
Possibly the best Who song for Rock Band. I am very very excited.

Overall, obviously, I think this is a great setlist! The only glaring omission that people on the boards have clamored for is Muse. Hopefully we'll get some downloads in the future. Obviously, Beatles and Zeppelin would be great too, but that's not likely. And hey, no Stones for RB2? I'm surprised! Guess we'll see what that's all about. Anyways, everyone else, chime in with your opinions, I wanna hear them!
