Anyone with PS3 GH3 having problems ?

So i get the F'h GH3 this morning ,get home plug in and cant seem to connect my controller.The dongle was like it was dead.After F'n around the light came on and I was able to sync my controller.Played all day untill the F'n game froze and now I cant get the F'n dongle working again.Anyone else having problems like this?
You wanna know the funniest thing about this?I cant take the game back because wal-mart will not refund my money because I opened the game.They will exchange it for another one but they don't have anymore GH3, but they'll let me have a different game aswell!!!! I'm so pissed.

Press the button on the dongle twice and then press the PS button on the guitar.

Ya i've tryed every thing .there is a power problem to it I think no light is coming on.It was working earlier.
