When I go to play Band Quickplay online I always have to start and be the leader and other people join me. I've spent a long time trying to figure out how I can just join other peoples games without being the leader but cant figure it out. :confused:

When you start quickplay it goes out and looks for other games for you to join. If it finds none, then it starts a new game, with you as the leader. That means the more popular the instrument you're playing, the more often you're leader.

Or, in short, if you're the drummer, you're probably going to be leader. If you're a vocalist, you'll almost never be a leader. And since there's two guitarists, depending on time of day it's also unlikely you'll be leader.

There should be a way to cough up who's leader, but sadly there isn't.

You can try hitting find players and if it doesn't find anything in 30 seconds or so hit cancel search and then find players again. The longer you've spent searching, the more likely you'll end up leader. Resetting the clock reduces the odds.
