Who Pack Question for PS3

Sorry, this will be one of those "1 reply, then dead thread" ones, but I'm at work right now and didn't know if the Who pack had been released yet on the PS3. I know there were people talking about a 5 AM release on XBL, but didn't know if that was going to apply for PSN as well. Just curious if I was going home for lunch, or to a restaurant!

It'll be up today but instead of 5AM like them lucky xboxers its more like 5PM

Why can't e3 be every week so the PSN will have to update every day?
