I don't know if this has been asked before, but since Red Octane is obviously no longer the manufacturer for Harmonix's peripherals, does anyone here actually know WHO it is that is making them now? Is this directly under Harmonix's control with an actual Harmonix team overseeing the mass production, or has some other company been contracted by Harmonix/MTV to work with them on the final designs and then oversee the production in the factory?

Yeah, I was just wondering since there are a disturbingly significant number of problems coming up with the GHIII Les Pauls and I'm hoping that Harmonix isn't going to suffer the same fate on launch day with disappointed gamers returning their bundles because of defective Strats and/or drums.

Im sure theyre made in the same Chinese manufacturing plant as the GH3s, just different spec. I will threaten any who send the instruments for toxicity analysis trying to get a recall, like everything else being made in China right now. My family and I are tough and we will play despite the madness and gradual ******ation due to lead poisoning.
