lost rma number :(

i printed it out and saved it but my wonderful luck my dad goes and deletes it from mircrosoft word:mad: and the printed out copy of it got recycled because no body saw writing on it aparently:eek:. so im paniking because if something goes wrong with my rma(im waitin for my new set to come in i used standard rma)the im in trouble. so how can i get my rma number back if i even can and how long does rock band usually take for them to send out my new drums(using standard rma)??:confused::confused:

p.s sorry to be a pain with all of this stuff...im very agravated right now haha

You really don't need multiple threads on this forum.

Your RMA info is all saved with your account on the EA support site. Go there. There's also a way to track your RMA's progress, and to ask EA questions.

And yes, it can take weeks for them to return your drums.
