How bout some Devo

I know the demographic on this is skewed kind of young but widening the appeal might be good. I'd love some of the following.


Uncontrollable Urge

Mongoloid

Freedom of Choice

And please please please NOT "Whip It" it's not that great a song but it seems to be the only thing that people know of Devo which is sad sad sad.

Devo offers VERY nice bass lines, some very sweet guitar riffs, sick drums and super fun lyrics. Whip It is more almost a novelty song when laid against many of their more accomplished works. Anyone that has seem Devo live knows they are a very tight band.

I've been preaching Uncontrollable Urge since before GHII was out. It would be a great addition.

demographically Whip It is their most popular song among mainstream which is bad, because I feel embarassed telling most people I listen to Devo. Theyre an amazing band, just whip it ruins the fun. knowing HMX what they did with the killers theyll do to Devo. Its sad, and when it does happen ill sell my rock band or give the equipment a nice firey death.
