Hendrix is a HUGE win, on top of Van Halen and The Eagles. This is now four (basically) confirmed people in the game that were leaked in a survey. On that same survey there was Zakk Wylde and Ozzy Osbourne, both of which would also be MASSIVE wins.

Like I said in the thread @ SH, they would not pay Hendrix Estate millions of dollars to simply design a fret board with Jimi Hendrix's name attached.

This confirms that Hendrix is in GH. Damn it, I want GH:WT now but I don't want to shell out another $200 for game and instruments (PS3 owner). Hopefully it's not exclusive and HMX can still get some Hendrix.

Kind of meh news to me. I like to play Rock Band with fake-me on the screen. Don't really like pretending to be anyone else.

To me, it still says the same thing: Guitar Hero goes after...well...the guitar heroes.

Rock Band still ends up with the better songs--the ones that are balanced for all the instruments.

But the customization options for the guitars are pretty huge, seeing that there's so many options. Gives me reason to believe that the character customization will give as many, if not more options.

But if GH:WT ends up confirming all of these artists in the game, i'm sold.

and if they get dream theater I might just stay with RB1
