Removing Characters that No Longer Exist

So we upgraded to the 360 Elite yesterday, but did it without a data transfer because the idiot at Best Buy was SURE that even our save progress was stored with our profile. All my previous characters that I made on the old 360 are now gone. Had to start a new band and everything.

How can we remove the old characters/bands from the website?

That feature is not currently part of the website, unfortunately.
