My first post and as I see it I'm alittle late for suggestions, but as I understand it, we can still suggest for possible DLC. so here we go.

My first suggest is Slipknot - Duality

We can argue either they suck or rock, but one thing you cant argue is Joey is a god on the drums. His drum kit is one of the largest to date, and I believe it would be hard if not impossible for Harmonix to emulate. I choose Duality since it still has a lot of thrashing guitars in it, joey slamming the drums, and Corey actually doing a lot of singing and not as much screaming. Plus the lack of swearing will keep the ERSB low, and editing the rare F-bombs and few swearing out, wont ruin the song as much.

I'm a old school AC/DC fan, but I think picking them up for RB will be hard. but I choose TNT

Its an excellent song hands down for the game. Slow spots with some all instrument jam sessions and solos. Not too hard to sing either

I think there is a semi legend in rock that has been getting passed over possibly and I dont know why. White Zombie/Rob Zombie still sells out and can play a hell of a concert. But I been having trouble with choosing a song...

Rob Zombie - Superbeast

I wanted to go with Great American Nightmare, but same beat over and over, and editing MFer out would ruin the song too... Superbeast will keep your bassists (in this case lead) with different beats instead of the standard dry bass line

I enjoyed playing Megadeths Hanger 18 on GH2, so naturally I'm gonna choose a Megadeth song

Megadeth's Reckoning Day.

This song is a awesome song too me. Your guitarists will get a work out, and some great guitar chime in points just like Hanger 18 The guitar solo is weak though a bit in Metallica/Megadeth type guitar solos. But I believe it would be a great addition

So whatcha guys think, flame away, plz

Let me get this out of the way first. I'm not a fan of any of the music you listed here. Sorry, I'm not going to flame your taste though.

Slipknot - Bigger kit does not equal better playing. You have to have talent to back up that kit, something I don't really believe that anyone in Slipknot has.

AC/DC - I was initially excited when I saw your mention of AC/DC, but then I realized you picked one of the worst tunes by them IMO. "Hells Bells" or "Thunderstruck" would make better and more challenging picks.

Rob Zombie - I would prefer it if he stayed out of Rock Band all together. The man is talentless in the extreme.

Megadeth - I've got nothing against Megadeth. Hanger 18 was okay, not something I'd go out of my way for, but meh.

The bonus about these suggestions is that even if they come true I wouldn't have to worry because it'd be DLC so I wouldn't be forced to play it. Anyways, I'm not a fan, but I won't stand in your way of suggesting them and wish you the best of luck with the suggestions.

Let me get this out of the way first. I'm not a fan of any of the music you listed here. Sorry, I'm not going to flame your taste though.

1. Slipknot - Bigger kit does not equal better playing. You have to have talent to back up that kit, something I don't really believe that anyone in Slipknot has.

2. AC/DC - I was initially excited when I saw your mention of AC/DC, but then I realized you picked one of the worst tunes by them IMO. "Hells Bells" or "Thunderstruck" would make better and more challenging picks.

3. Rob Zombie - I would prefer it if he stayed out of Rock Band all together. The man is talentless in the extreme.

4. Megadeth - I've got nothing against Megadeth. Hanger 18 was okay, not something I'd go out of my way for, but meh.

5. The bonus about these suggestions is that even if they come true I wouldn't have to worry because it'd be DLC so I wouldn't be forced to play it. Anyways, I'm not a fan, but I won't stand in your way of suggesting them and wish you the best of luck with the suggestions.

I numbered them to sorta debate....anyway...

1. I have to disagree with you on talent comment. The singer (Corey) joined a group called Stoned Sour and does a lot of singing with the rare scream in it (most of the songs I heard anyway)he has a lot of singing talent. Better then AC/DC where he sounds like hes singing out of his nose. Also if you google/youtube for "Drum solo from Joey of slipknot." Joey does a solo sans Tommy Lee style. You mentioned you need to have skill to manipulate that kit. He shows it hands down for you,

2. I am rather partial towards thunderstruck more then Hells Bells and TNT. I choose TNT since it has some awesome guitar solos. Thunderstuck is a good song too but might be a little easy to sing. Then again, TNT would be probably easy to play so you kinda got me in a ditch with this one

3. Calling Rob Zombie talentless is extreme in itself mate. Hes a modern day version of Alice Cooper, unfortunately his show isn't as good. Zombie uses videos behind him unlike Cooper using actual actors and large moving props to liven his show. Cuttings the "legend" that I'll boldly call him would be doing the Rock Culture a disservice.

4. A Megadeth fan will enjoy this one immensely if they enjoyed Hanger 18. Though I could go for a lot of songs by them. Peace Sells is a great guitar song too, not too hard to sing.

5. But all in all your right, my music isnt going to be everyones cup of tea, and the same with me, I'm not gonna like everyone elses choices either. I do like your constuctive criticism. But I like to hear for a possible fence sitter, or a big fan of some of these listed to tell me why not.

Anyone else :D

I like your list for the most part, but for Megadeth I'm gonna have to go for Peace Sells. I think its got a better mix. I'm too lazy to respond on the rest of them, except I would like to note that Cream was amazing, and their drummer had a tiny kit.

Huge no to Slipknot and to a lesser extent Rob Zombie. AC/DC would be perfectly fine in my opinion, and I would be indifferent about Megadeth.

Peace sells by megadeth forsure, and a big YES to Slipknot, Rob Zombie, and some AC/DC would be fine too.
