How do you upload avatars?

You know, the pic that comes up right next to your name. How do you do that? I hope you guys know what I'm talking about.

Click on User CP, then click on Edit Avatar. It should be self explanatory from there.

i hate to admit it, but it took me forever to find out about the "user cp", which is why i just recently acquired my avatar.
i miss MS DOS...
