Seriously, why no ARCTIC MONKEYS ??

...I mean Brianstorm, View from the afternoon, Fake Tales of San Francisco and so on are exceptional songs with a good difficulty. I wait since GH1, that Harmonix brings them in. I hope to see a dlc pack in the future.

yea arctic monkeys are sweet and many of their songs would be fun and difficult to play on all the instruments.

Yeah, I think that by now there are about a million arctic monkeys threads (Hint hint harmonix) and whatever would be an awesome album to have. FWN is pretty good, but it's not as well suited for Rock Band.

its likely the band themselves that are blocking it if harmonix have tried contacting them. I like the band but they probably don't want their music in GH or RB.

If they are blocking it I do not understand why. It would be strange for it to be about respect. They may seem a bit silly featuring their songs in a video-game but that didn't stop the longer running Oasis from doing it and the British public arn't calling them out for "making a fool of themselves".

As far as I know Arctic Monkeys and Oasis are in some way associated with eachother. I do know for a fact that The Arctic Monkeys have been an opening act for Oasis in the past.

Only other conclusion I can come to is that the people at Harmonix are just not arsed.

I think it might have something to do with their label, Domino Records. I don't think that hsarmonix has really tried to get songs by indie label bands as most of the songs are from major labels. That would also explain why there is no Franz ferdinand as they are signed to the same label.
