He was referring to the ability to use RB1 characters in RB2.

Well they will have a different Endless Setlist in RB2 sooooooo no.

I think you missed what the OP was getting at, which is having a character, in-game, playing guitar and singing at the same time on stage. Or at least that is what I think he/she said out of all that wierd text jibberish.
