How can I switch to Eastern Time Zone?

I think the title says it all the forums are kind of annoying to see with out my current time. I checked settings, but couldn't find how to change it.

1. click User CP at the top of the screen.
2. click Edit Options on the side bar.
3. scroll down to date and time options.
4. set the time to GMT +4 Abu Dahbi, Muscat, Baku, Tbilisi.

For some reason that time zone works.
