Call or message EA on their support forum. More than likely, the answer is no, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

I heard that to Canada they don't send the return address because it is too expensive to send it back. Don't know where you live but it could be similar. But its worth it to check since they possibly made a mistake and forgot to include it.

On mine there was a bag glued to the box with my shipping info and when i opened it up and pulled out my info the info to send it back was on the back.

That's not true my RB bass pedal broke and I caled EA and all I had to do is tell them all my adress if they ask for a cred card say you don't got one and you will be put on the phone with someone else. I calledOn Sunday and I got it on Tuesday!! so just call EA

Just got my new pedal today and emailed EA and they wrote back saying send back the broken one. I did the standard shipping but they sent one in the box anyways which was great because I didn't have to wait for them to get mine.
