I take no responsibility for these pics.

(edited, please post links, not the actual images unless they are on real hosting sites. I would hate to see someone get borked because we are using up their bandwidth for pics)

OK... Your use of pics to illustrate your point is excellent. I wish people talked like this all the time.
If I could make images of Stephen Tyler and Friends appear in my daily speech then I would never stop talking.
It's not gonna happen if you think about it logically. Who can you see the guitar notes and the mic notes at the same time? I'm pretty sure that you could try with a mic in and a guitar in, but it would be really hard because you have to pay attention to both of the notes playing. But it would still be cool if you could without it being really hard.
Well unless of course you know the song well enough to not have to focus on the vocal track.

Haha, I can see myself trying to play something harder (like Freebird, for example) and miserably bombing it every time as either my guitar or vocal points dwindle away.

::EDIT::

Actually, now that I think about it, Freebird would pretty much be the ideal song to play using this setup (singing during the slow, easy parts, and no vocals during the 5 minute solo).

A better example: Bark at the Moon

Just thought it would be fun to bump the oldest thread on the board.

Man, the things people think are worth being banned for.

I can play some of the songs while singing and playing guitar on Rock Band. I use my mic stand and then play the guitar I only try on songs I know though. I would say I can do atleast half the songs if not more I just watch the guitar parts.
