I have a few friends and I own Rock Band for the PS3, but we are split on ISPs (2 Comcast 2 Verizon). I (Verizon) am trying to play with a friend (Comcast), but I constantly get an error message stating "Can't connect to user." We both have NAT 2 and I've tried everything short of formating my PS3. Any advice?

Can you play with other people online?

Can your friends play with other people online?

If the answer to both of the above questions is 'yes', then I have no idea what the problem is. If the answer to one or the other is 'no', I think someone needs to call their ISP.
