I preordered Rock Band from rockband.com and noticed that the release date has been pushed back a whole week because of its high demand. I hope that for those of us who have preordered that our orders will be reserved from the inventory before the rest are shipped out to stores. This game is going to be such a huge hit and I can't wait to be part of the experience.

I have watched so many videos of people playing rock band, and unfortunately there are no demos at the stores near me, and i pre ordered this game like a month ago at eb games, i cant wait to play and hopefully they say something about this 27th release date soon, because its actually a big deal. if you bought the game on the 20th, most of us would have some days off that week because of thanksgiving to play, but pushing it to the next week means no days off and less time to rock lol

I'm sure it hasn't been pushed back. For them to announce it on the 23rd, then put it to the 20th, it would stand to reason that for them to push it to the 27th would be nothing more than a rumor. Also, I just checked my Amazon order for it, and it still says its to arrive the 21st (shipped the 20th). Amazon changed the release date to the 23rd before HMX even made the announcement of the official release date (or that was my understanding at least).

Isn't this pretty much a confirmation by HMX that is has been pushed back? I mean, there's a slight chance it's a typo (I wouldn't hold my breath), but this is on their main website. I wish it did come out the 20th, but chances are (right now, at least) that it's coming out the 27th.
