I have a new theory. I've analyzed video footage before and noted that the game will slip "generic" characters in randomized, black and white themed outfits in to fill in missing band members.

In that first song, when a guitar was being played solo, ALL band members were generics. Then, when the whole band was playing, they were all playing custom characters with plenty of color, which stayed the same the whole time.

I propose the first song was done in Quickplay mode. No character selection is possible because it's QUICK play, just like how in GH it picks a character for you.

Granted, it's a minor point, but hey. Good to know. The suck thing though is that in Solo Career videos I've seen so far... your entire band is generic except Your Guy. You can't assemble a band even to use as NPC props, and have to play for Anonymous and the Nobodies.

I got so pumped up when i saw the "Are you gonna be my girl" Footage i started "Playing" on my SG hehehe

Did anybody noticed someparts the game got a little weird like at one part everything is like blurry then at the end it goes to black and white like some sort of video effects are in use.
