Can't download songs from the Rock Band Store

Hey,

this is Chris from Germany - first of all I'd like to say that I'm very happy that I've found this forum! I purchased the special edition of Rock Band including a second Strat in the USA. I want to download several songs from the Rock Band Store but every song is listed as "already purchased". What is the Problem? Is it because I'm from Germany? If yes: can I simply get a new online account with an american address? Or can I simply log in with the account of anyone from the USA?

The important part is this:

A: Yes, but... the system needs to think you're from the US/Canada. This means setting up your XBL/PSN account as a North American resident and getting a North American credit card with billing address to match. The easiest way that we've figured out of doing this is http://www.entropay.com . It's a virtual credit card of sorts where you pay to add credit to it and then you can use it online like any other credit card. You register with your real address and then you give XBL/PSN your fake US address for billing, entropay will not give you one (though they will give you all the other card details you might need). Apparently they sometimes do random ID checks which may cause problems but you'll just have to think happy thoughts.

It supposedly works for most (almost all) people. I'm an American so I don't have any actual experience with it.

Hey thanks a lot. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to change the Country for my PSN account, i just see "Germany" but there is no way of changing it - any help here please! Furthermore, when I set up entropay i have to register with my real german adress? Whats the point of doing it then, i can simply use my German Credit Card in this case.
