Actually one of my top picks for DLC would be Buckethead
Although a great many of his songs are purely instrumental he does have some songs that contain vocals (and are 13 kinds of awesome)
There is "The Balled of Buckethead" with unique vocals by Mr. Les Claypool (as well as the man himself playing bass) that is from the album "Monsters and Robots".
But there is also the side project "Friends of Buckethead" which released one album titled "Enter The Chicken".
Just about any songs from that album would play amazing (my vote would be for "Running from the Light" with vocals by Gigi....we need more chick singers and the break downs are mind blowing) Mr. Serj Tankian does a number of appearances as well....
if you've never heard much Buckethead its a good album to start with (lots of variety).
Ciao
Edit: I actually forgot to mention "The Deli Creeps" which was Buckethead's first band...some of the songs may not be for everyone but if your into Buckethead type creepiness (like myself) then you should look into that as well. "Maximum" Bob is mad man on vocals and "Pinchface" is just as tremendous.
They only have one official release - Dawn of the Deli Creeps
It might have some possible material

Ballad of Buckethead for the win, the song is utter genius.
