What do you think is the perfect song for Rock Band?

When I say perfect, I mean it has to be perfect. A fun song that most people know and would want to play and propably not too difficult. If you think it is in Rock Band already as DLC or disc song put that. No limit as to how many songs. Just put down a song(s) and the artist and specify why you think it is the perfect song(s) for Rock Band.

Mine is: Don't Stop Believing - Journey - Most people know it, it's a classic and is still played on the radio today.

Well.. nobody knows it.. but Confessions by The Trews.. great rock track.. kinda rapid fire vocals, some pretty decent drums, a good solo, it's got it all, why doesn't anybody know who The Trews are?

I posted this in the 5 albums thread but I feel Dire Straits - Sultans of Swing would be excellent! Good old tune, excellent guitar solo's etc....

BUT I do love some old Metal Metallica! Anything pre-Black album I would be happy with. I can play Blackened a million times and still love it :) Just my .02.
