View Full Version : XBox Live Account problem, suggestions?

Before I sent in my xbox (rrod) for repair my wife, son and I all had our own live accounts. we had a few live arcade games we all would play together and individually. when I got it back, now only my account has the full version and theirs are only trials. I have to be logge din for them to play the full version. None of us have gold service, and I paid for all the games we play.
Has anyone else seen this problem or have suggestions on how to fix it?

Delete it and re-download it. If that doesn't work call MS and they might refund your points on another account so you can download it again but there was a story a bit a go saying they weren't giving refunds anymore so that might not work either.

If Re-downloading doesn't work, I'd call Microsoft and check with them. Re-downloading is supposed to work automatically now, but apparently sometimes you have to petition for the change.
Thank you for reminding me of this. I'll be doing this soon too.

Thanks a lot guys. I tried re-downloading over the old version this morning, which didn't work. I hope the deleting then re-downloading works..
