The fret buttons (small and large ones) on my ps3 strat are quite stiff and very 'clicky' when pressed which makes playing faster lines a bit awkward, anyone know of a way to fix this and make them smoother please?

Time. Playing time. They have to wear in. Every plastic guitar created thusfar has to be worn in to play right.

Mine stayed clicky, but went from stiff to sticky.
That just sounds really wrong, but I'm leaving it. :)

wondering if its worth dismantling and maybe greasing it or sanding down the edges?
Or wait for the new ones to be released with RB2, supposedly the frets don't click.

yeh, that would be ok, except im in the UK and RB1 isnt out here yet (ps3), so i got an import one. I would hate to hazzard a guess when RB2 will be released here!!

Plastic guitar controllers wear over time. If you got one that was perfect on day one, you'd only have to look forward to it getting worse and much loser as it wore.
It's nice to have a "stiff" one at first because it has the "front side" of the curve to go before it starts to go downhill.
