View Full Version : Should'nt the Ps3 be able to play GH 1 2 80's and 3 from PS3?

Because since the guitar works with both ps3 and ps2 should the old games work with the ps3. So many we will get bc!

I would really, really like to hope so, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

All thoughs games will work in the PS3.It's just an issue of controller compatabilty with the games.Which the GH les paul will not work with the old games,and the rumor is that the RB Strat will not work with the older GH games either.

yea but if you think about since the guitars are the same for both versions shouldn't it work?

Well it does work for both systems for Rock Band, but the original 3 Guitar Hero's by Harmonix COULD be coded differently.

I have no idea, but with reviews coming out in the next couple days one of the video game reviewers should find out if the Strat can play the first 3 installments on either the PS2 or PS3.
