They havnt really said andything about the solo world tour mode lately. Im wondering if it will even be that great as the world tour mode. Probably not but it will still ill be fun. Also in solo tour mode, can you create your logo, buy all the stuff you could in the band world tour, have your name displayed a lot in the venues, and still get to play in the 41 venues.

Answer to the thread: no.

It's kind of like saying: "What's more fun, playing with friends or playing alone?"

We have no solid details, but all evidence is pointing to no logos, no band name, no created bandmates, no decisionmaking, no BWT elements in Solo play at all. We have confirmation that gameplay is basically a tier grinder like the Guitar Hero games.

Video evidence of solo runs being recorded shows generic black/white band members being swapped in while your created character plays the instrument you've picked, and band name space at the venues is replaced by your character name.

In short: No, it won't be as fun. It'll be about as fun as a Guitar Hero game, at least, but all it'll offer is A) unlocking songs and B) trying to beat your own scores.

it probably won't be as fun, but its not going to be horrible or anything (think guitar hero for 3 different instruments).

i guess its not all that bad. i get to create my person and buy my own instruments, so it all works out. the solo tour mode will prob be funner than guitar hero 3. but we will have to wait and see. ill probably b playing band world tour most of the time but i also cared about the solo stuff. you cant just leave it out!
