I knew it! Adam Monroe is Kensei. I wander what Adam's other powers are though. Theat was a great ending I think.

It was pretty obvious, but I doubt he has any other powers. He is the oldest 'hero' to date, so he has to be really cunning. His hate for Hiro must run very deep. I do really like how it brought everything together to date, but I was a bit disappointed at how 'easy' it seemed to be for the cop to trap his father in his mind, when he is so less experienced than his father.

And why does nikki get crapped on all the time? Why cant she come to terms with who she is like everyone else and rejoice in her strength? It's aggravating.

I thought it was the best episode so far this season. Kensei as Adam seemed the obvious choice, but he hasn't aged? for comparison, claire has clearly aged despite having the same power.

*cough*Therecanonlybeone*cough* ;)

That was a good episode, though. I can't wait for the next one.

haha I got that idea as well. When he says Hiro would have to take his head off, then seeing him hundrend of years later, unchanged by time. And the swordfights...man, wheres the true highlander when you need him?

If Sean Connery cameos, i'll **** my pants lol.

Each episode just gets better and better.
Next episode has answers to what happened in between the two seasons, I'm really looking forward to it.

Kensei as Adam wasn't super obvious, I was somewhat surprised, but who else could it have been really? The real question is what is his power. He can heal, but also it seems that his body never ages, which puts him one up on Claire's abilities.

Unless similar to how Matt Parkman's abilities have improved over time with his use of them (going beyond just reading minds) so has Kensei's/Adam's. And possibly so will Claire's? And maybe even other Heroes characters as well.

I really liked this episode as well. What I'm really concerned about is Mohinder: WTH is he doing??!?! Wasn't the Company horribly bad last season? Is he forgetting that? Molly's fine now so he really shouldn't have any attachments to the Company anymore since he was really worried about her. Did he forget about what Noah said about the gun? Their alliance really seems to be diverging now. I kinda like that Claire's standing up for herself. I like West too but it seems to me like he's just a little too perfect... there's something else going on behind what he's portraying to her.
Man, let's not talk about Nikki... she just can't get a break :(. I've read in the spoiler section that she's going to die this season... I'm not sure how I feel about that :T
I feel like Mohinder's character went from being awesome into becoming a puppet. I'm happy that Matt finally grew some balls lol and stood up to his father. I really liked his character last season.

I wonder how Sylar is going to get woven into this whole thing.

So many questions... as always ;)

what do you all think the power the latin girl has really is? What is that black ooze? (reminds me of the x files)

I totally agree w u about clairs b-friend. There is some shady stuff with him, I cant figure out.

I also think mohinder turned into a putz this season.

I don't think they're any different. Claire is aging because she's growing. Her cells aren't dying as much as dividing and multiplying. Adam, however, has reached his peak of growth, and is now in a steady state. His cells continue to regenerate, so there isn't the compounded effect of cell damage that causes aging.

big fan of the show but I've hated this entire season until this episode. Thank God they're finally getting back on track with the writing. Doesn't make up for a horribly mummbled jummbled start of the season but at least its going somewhere now. The whole "Claire in highschool" storyline makes me want to vomit. The writers made a bad call with this one and really need to fix it, fast - although now it seems drastic changes are about to happen so it won't be an issue.

He probably kills Kensei and takes his powers. Since he failed to take Claire's. I think that the Noah in the picture may be Sylar using Candice's powers.

God I hope not. He should have been killed off last season. If he comes back to be an uber-powerful villain I'll shoot my TV (with rubberbands of course). I'd really like to see his story go in a surprise direction, not one of "I am only important to me and I just want to kill people and become powerful." If his story just takes him on a power-search and killing spree again, I'll be even moreso dissapointed in the writers. There's a lot of potential to do some neat things with his character and situation. I hope they don't make him into an annoyance, as this season has had WAY too much of that (annoyance).
