Give me back my money

Okay, so I put in for an RMA to get a pedal replacement. I did the fast option where you give a credit card number. Well, that never came in the mail so I assumed it got lost in the system, due to the fact that EA are lethargic lazy slugs. Well, 30 days later, I get charged for $125 for something that never showed up at my front door like it was supposed. Now I'm thoroughly ticked off at whoever is in charge of this and I want my money back now. Thanks to EA's slack support, I was charged several overdraft fees. Now give me back my money or there will be repercussions. Someone's going to lose their job.

#2: You wouldn't have overdraft fees if you actually had $125 to your name. (You should have went with the other, no money due option)

Going in with a negative attitude like that won't help you much.

On another note, they usually ship the express stuff with tracking numbers, you can probably find out what happened that way after discussing it with EA.

With the attitude you have, I'm surprised that they haven't taken your money and called you up and said screw you. Good luck against their crack team of overpaid lawyers.
