Hey all, just wondering if anyone had heard which company handled the covers for Rock Band. I know Wavegroup did GHI and II, and with the quality of those covers and the seeming quality of the RB covers, I was just wondering if Wavegroup had done their magic for HMX once again.
Although I couldn't remember if Wavegroup was in the employ of Red Octane or HMX. If they were being paid by RO, then I'd imagine they stayed behind for GHIII, which is a shame as the covers in GHIII don't sound nearly as convincing as the ones in RB, or even GHII for that matter.
Basically this is just my way of asking if Marcus was back behind the axe shredding through those insane metal solos.

Probably the guitarists from bands like Anarchy Club, Bang Camaro, and Honest Bob.

I actually thought this several times as well. I don't know. Normally you would have heard something of it by now.

I remember first hearing about the rumor of Rock Band from a Gamestop GHII tournament where Marcus Henderson showed up. He made some comparison of the GH guitar to a toy compared to whatever HMX's new project was. I would assume he had some background info on the game and would assume he helped with the recordings.
