Now, before you read this list of song, I ask two things of you:
1 - I'm sorry if you don't consider these to be Alternative/Metal, but I'm going with what they're officially labelled as. Please don't argue about that.
2 - If you don't like these songs or artists, I ask that you please simply say that you do not like them or say nothing at all. I don't want you to flame me, the artists, the songs, or the fans.
Now, if you have a preferred lineup, feel free to post it up. All positive and reasonable comments and criticism are wanted and accepted.
Alternative Metalhead Pack
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Tears Don't Fall" - Bullet for my Valentine
"Kryptonite" - Three Doors Down
"What If" - Creed
"The Gift" - Seether
"Got it Made" - Theory of a Deadman
Yes, I know these bands aren't usual for Rock Band. But I think they'd work good in it, with these particular songs.

Theory Of A Deadman, bit generic, but sure, everything else equals MTV fail.

Tears Don't Fall and Kryptonite would be the only ones I'd be interested in...

What are these an alternative to? Their played on every rock station in the country.

Hey, I said I go by their official genres. I personally don't actually consider them alternative. Like I said before, if you don't consider them so, just don't worry about it. Talk to iTunes about that.

By absolutely no means does iTunes set the offical genre standard. I've downloaded quite a few metal albums from iTunes, all being labeled "Blues", as well as many other things of that nature.

yeah i didnt know mainstream rock/hard rock is actually alternative metal lol (bmfv is the only metal band on this list, but that song is not a metal song) idk this list seems too generic for my taste. i bet a lot of people would want these songs though.

I never stated it as the STANDARD. I just listed them by what iTunes (and WMP) calls them. I asked that this not be argued about.
@deevineh8tred:
Well, I tried to pick songs by some of those artists that aren't the most well known. Thanks for having part of your post actually contribute.
