Buying 2 Bundles Question about Drums and mic?

I have 2 Pre-orders from Gamestop at my mall and online. I am considering selling the other bundle that was the reason I bought 2 bundles. I started to read the threads and saw that you can have 2 drums hooked up at the same time for drum offs, is this true? If so I might keep the drums and guitar and sell the rest. Can anyone confirm that you can hook up 2 drum sets to my PS3, if so that would be cool. Also if you have 2 mics can you have someone to sing background vocals also? If this is all true I just might keep the bundle for myself unless I can sell it and make some good money off of it. Hmmmm what to do.

Yes, you can hook up two drum sets to do a "drum battle" there is a video around of two people doing it playing "Don't Fear The Reaper."

And you can plug in two mics to do a "sing off". But it has been stated that background vocals can't be sung by someone else...you can belt them out if you want to in "Wanted Dead or Alive" or something but they won't actually affect your score.
