In-disc song error

I have this game since it released and I have no problems with it ,but I got the red ring of death and my songs mess up. I don't really care about the DLC cause I'm connected to xbox live every time I play but when i was going to try the endless list i got to "I think I'm paranoid" and it said "UNABLE TO READ DISC". so I try to play it on solo tour and quick play same thing happen.

If some can help out plz i would be glad.

If you got your xbox repaired, and you're getting that error, chances are the disc is damage somehow. You can find info on replacing it here http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22925

If you didn't get it repaired, then a red ring generally means it's going to go, even if it hasn't yet and recovered somehow. It may just be the drive is bad.
